Your vacation package includes 4 Days 3 Nights first class accommodations in "the vacation capitol of the world" Orlando Florida.

There you will be staying at the Vista Cay Resort which is conveniently located near all the fun that that Orlando has to offer.

You will only be minutes from The Walt Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios & Sea World.

The resort is also conveniently located near all the local attractions and world class shopping to fit any taste.

The resort has onsite Tiki bar and there are also numerous dining options within minutes of the resort.

The package is valid for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children* staying in same room.

**2 bedroom condos have private bedroom with 1 king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds..

**3 Bedroom condos have 3 separate bedrooms 1 king, 1 queen & 2 twin beds to accommodate up to 6 travelers. (Only a $60 upgrade for all three nights)

Terms and Conditions Vista Cay

Must agree to attend and complete a timeshare sales presentation (“Tour”) of at least 120 minutes (together for all married or cohabitating couples).

Must be either a U.S. or a Canadian citizen.

Must be currently employed full-time or retired and cannot be a full-time student.

Married or romantically co-habitating couples (same gender accepted) must present a valid unexpired government-issued photo identification and a major credit card; Cohabitating couple, must be cohabitating with each other, must provide valid unexpired government-issued identifications showing matching addresses.

NEWLYWEDS MUST HAVE THE ACCEPTABLE MATCHING ID OR THEY MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MARRIAGE LICENSE (NO PHOTOCOPIES, EMAIL, IN THE CELL PHONE)

One individual must be within the age range of 25 to 75 and the couple must have a combined gross annual household income of at least $60,000.00.

All Guests must be able to read, speak and understand English fluently.

Cannot have previously toured within the preceding 12 months and cannot be current owners.

Cannot have attended a timeshare, travel club, or vacation club sales presentation within ten (10) days of the scheduled Tour date with Developer.

Cannot be an industry employee or an employee of the marketing vendor or any of vendor’s contractors, employees or affiliates, or any other timeshare developer or marketing company.

No residents of Brevard, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia County.
